Location is great. Quick walk to a T station, walkable to a ton of cafes, restaurants, and the Common. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Bed was fairly comfortable. Room was fine considering we didn't plan to spend much time there anyway.

Excellent. Facilities, are great. Shared bedroom is the best I have ever stayed and I stayed in several in Europe. Had towels, soap, shampoo…awesome. Curtains provided nice privacy and lamp, charger were great.

All of the staff were so friendly and kind. Very helpful during check-in and check out. The room and bathroom were clean, . Bed was comfortable enough, ours was a mattress on a low platform - a little strange but not a deal breaker!
The room was well appointed and surprisingly spacious with a small desk, two armoires, two queen size beds and a bathroom with Shower. It was very clean and offered lots of pillows per bed. The armoires had awesome nooks with USB charger outlets and plugs. The free wifi was fast. I loved that we were so close to some nice restaurants, Tufts Medical Building, and within a mile of South Station and the wharf. Right around the corner was The Blue Man Group Theater. They validate parking for the garage directly across the street and that reduced the price by $26. The front desk staff was super nice, helpful, and friendly. They locked up our bags for us while we ventured out for the day post checkout. I'd gladly stay here again if I was to come to Boston.

The hotel is really good and clean. The staff is very cooperative. I reached at late night around at 9 pm but staff at the counter guided me very well. Bathroom and beds are also cleaned. The best part is you can visit any where in downtown. Subways are only 500m away. Specially I would like to thank a lady on counter "kembly" (might be spelling is not correct) who really guided me very well
